I offer online therapeutic services through teletherapy, which has several benefits.
Teletherapy allows for flexible scheduling of appointments, making it easier for patients to
fit therapy into their busy lives.
Teletherapy makes therapy services more accessible, especially for those who live in remote
areas or have mobility issues.
It is also cost-effective, as it eliminates the need for patients to travel to appointments,
saving them time and money.

Psychodynamic therapy is a form of talk therapy that explores unconscious thoughts,
feelings, and past experiences to gain insight into current behavior and emotional
difficulties.
It's based on the idea that unresolved conflicts from early life can influence your
present-day thoughts and behaviors.
This therapy aims to bring these hidden dynamics into conscious awareness, promoting
self-understanding and personal growth.
Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) is a type of cognitive-behavioral therapy which
focuses on identifying and challenging irrational beliefs and thought patterns that lead to
negative emotions and behaviors.
It's goal is to promote healthier emotional responses and more adaptive behaviors.
It's an action-oriented therapy that emphasizes self-help and self-acceptance as essential
components of mental well-being.
Systems therapy, also known as systemic therapy or family systems therapy, is a form of
psychotherapy that focuses on understanding and addressing problems within the context of
the broader systems in which they occur.
This approach considers how individuals are interconnected with their families,
relationships, and larger social systems, and how these interactions contribute to
psychological issues.
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is a goal-oriented and future-focused approach to
psychotherapy.
It concentrates on identifying and building solutions rather than dwelling on problems or
past issues.
